As a former competitor in both disciplines, a passionate coach, and a kinesiology student, I’ve had the privilege of travelling to many places and learning from world-class coaches. I integrate these experiences with scientific principles to help you train smarter and perform at your best.

With a strong foundation in human movement, I emphasize injury prevention, movement efficiency, and performance optimization in every session. 

We teach the real fundamentals, not reinventing the wheel, focusing on what works and helping you develop a solid, lasting foundation.
